ALGUNAS DE LAS CARACTERÍSTICAS DE LA METODOLOGÍA CLIL



 
·         Cualquier tipo de contenido (ya sea científico, artístico, de lengua) puede ser transmitido a través de una segunda lengua, en nuestro caso, el inglés.

·         Cambio de clases expositivas a participativas. El profesor es mero conductor de la clase. Los alumnos son los protagonistas de su propio proceso de aprendizaje gracias a la enseñanza basada en tareas.

·         La enseñanza basada en tareas: los alumnos se sienten dueños de su propio proceso de aprendizaje y mantienen su concentración gracias a la realización de tareas que conducen a una tarea final.

·         Scaffolding: se dota al alumnado del razonamiento y anclaje necesario que le permiten desarrollar habilidades cognitivas.

·         Utilización de materiales reales: los alumnos/as se involucran en clase al ver que lo que aprenden les sirve para realizar las actividades cotidianas que forman parte de su día a día.

·         Desarrollo de trabajo grupal y cooperativo: los estudiantes aprenden a ver válido su trabajo y se esfuerzan por conseguir que se lleve a cabo la realización de la tarea final.

·         La integración en todo momento de Contenido, Comunicación, Cognición y Cultura.

A DEFINITION OF CLIL



Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) is a dual-focused educational approach in which an additional language is used for the learning and teaching of both content and language. That is in the teaching and learning process, there is a focus  not only on content, and not only on language. Each is interwoven , even if the emphasis is greater on one or the other at a given time.
